Kumon Study Centre Opens At Castle Quay

By | News

We are excited to announce that the Kumon Banbury Study Centre is coming to Castle Quay from Friday 30th August. The study centre will be located at Banbury Museum within Castle Quay until 8th September, and then next to Marks and Spencer and Boots from Monday 9th September.

Kumon Study Centre helps children of any age and any ability, discover their full potential as they develop their understanding and fluency of each subject.

With 60 years of experience, the Kumon Maths and English programmes enable students to become confident, independent learners. Kumon Study helps students develop a positive attitude to study that they may not achieve in the traditional school environment. This can increase their enjoyment across a wide range of subjects at school, whilst also preparing them for personal and professional success later in life.

To celebrate their opening, between 1 September and 30 September Kumon will be offering a one-week free trial to all new students at their Banbury study centre.

On arrival participating children will be assessed, so that their Kumon Instructor can tailor their level of study precisely to their ability. Maths and English programmes will be personalised to students to allow them to start at their own level, when they’re ready.

To find out how the Kumon Study Centre can help your child excel, give them a call on 0800 043 0063 or email us on banbury@kumoncentre.co.uk.

Fun Was Had By All At Age Friendly Banbury’s Pop Up

By | News

We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who attended the Age Friendly Banbury pop up last Thursday at the centre! Over 70 visitors dropped by to find out the latest information from helpful local organisations including Age UK Oxfordshire, Dance Yourself Fit and Radio Horton.

Visitors to the centre were also treated to an exclusive performance from local band The Rusty Musicians – their marvelous musical set stopped our centre’s visitors in their tracks!

Lastly, we’d like to say thank you to the Age Friendly Banbury team for sharing such valuable information with the local community.
