TAXI BUTLER SERVICE
‘We now offer a Taxi Butler Service from the Customer Service Desk (located in front of the public toilets) in Castle Quay Shopping Centre during the Centre’s/Lock 29 opening hours and The Customer Service Ambassadors can arrange this for anyone by using a local Banbury Taxi firm called Royal Cars for which we can order a taxi for you straightaway to pick you up from the taxi rank located near the Shiremobility shop by walking through the Lock 29 complex to drive you wherever you need to go’. You can also visit our new Customer Services Desk located near the toilets and speak to a member of the Castle Quay team to report or hand in any lost property.

Well behaved dogs are now welcome inside Castle Quay and Lock29, when visiting with your dog(s) please adhere to these rules:
- Please keep dogs on a lead at all times while you visit
- Only a maximum of 2 dogs per customer is allowed
- Do not leave dogs unattended or unsupervised at any time
- Dogs causing a nuisance by barking, jumping up at, or pestering other visitors will be asked to leave
- Please clean up after your dog as you would in public.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in Castle Quay Shopping Centre.
Pushbikes are not permitted in the shopping centre at any time.
