Nothing But Footprints Expands at Castle Quay

Bigger, Better, and More Sustainable!

Banbury’s beloved zero-waste shop, Nothing But Footprints, has officially moved to a larger, more accessible location within Castle Quay, right next to Bodycare. This new space offers an expanded range of sustainable products, a fresh layout, and wider aisles to create an improved eco-conscious shopping experience. After five successful years in Banbury, co-owners Daniel Ludlow and Violeta Martin Garcia are excited to unveil this milestone store, which now features over 1,500 eco-friendly, plastic-free, and package-free products.

The grand opening takes place by 1st November, with a special Christmas Preview Evening set for Friday, 8th November from 6 pm to 8 pm. This exclusive event invites Banbury’s eco-conscious community to sample festive treats, enjoy mulled wine, and access special one-night-only discounts on seasonal items. Get ready for Christmas with a selection of sustainable holiday products, including pre-measured Christmas cake kits that make gift-giving both easy and eco-friendly.

The move was made possible thanks to over 40 enthusiastic volunteers from the Banbury community, who helped empty the old shop in record time. Co-owner Daniel Ludlow expressed deep gratitude for the support, saying, “We’re incredibly humbled by everyone who came to lend a hand. It’s thanks to our community that we’ve been able to make this dream store a reality.”

Castle Quay Centre Director, Oliver Wren, praised Nothing But Footprints’ impact on local shopping, calling the expansion a win for Banbury’s sustainable future. The store’s familiar life-sized Sir David Attenborough cut-out has also made the move, welcoming all visitors to a larger, greener shopping space.
