Facilities
Castle Quay offers a variety of facilities to make your visit to Banbury as comfortable and convenient as possible.
Toilets
Castle Quay’s toilet facilities, including disabled and Changing Places, can be found behind the Customer Services Desk, located near the Lock 29 tunnel from the South Car Park.
Changing Places
Our specially fitted out Changing Places facility has all the necessary equipment needed to safely and efficiently change an adult confined to a wheelchair, including a height adjustable changing bench and a hoist.
Baby Changing
Castle Quay’s baby changing facilities can be found behind the Customer Services Desk located near the Lock 29 tunnel from the South Car Park. We can also offer a baby bottle warming facility from our Customer Service Desk, located in front of our Baby Changing Facilities.
Shire Mobility
Castle Quay is pleased to support the Shire Mobility scheme which provides accessible shopping for those who need it. Unlocking the many access barriers faced by people with a disability (permanent or temporary), through the provision of mobility equipment, we have a wide range of customer service facilities to make shopping easier.
Disabled Parking
Disabled Parking is provided on the ground floor of the South Car Park, as well as in North Car Park 1 underneath The Light.
Accessible route to the The Light cinema, entertainment venue and outdoor terrace is via the Lower Ground level of the North 1 Car Park.
Assistance Dogs
All dogs are welcome at Castle Quay, a maximum of two dogs per customer is permitted, all dogs must remain on a lead and no dogs are to be left unattended whilst visiting the centre.
Taxi Butler
We now offer a Taxi Butler Service from the Customer Service Desk (located in front of the public toilets) in Centre’s / Lock 29 opening hours and The Customer Service Ambassadors can arrange this for anyone by using a local Banbury Taxi firm called Royal Cars for which we can order a taxi for you straightaway to pick you up from the taxi rank located near the Shiremobility shop by walking through the Lock 29 complex to drive you wherever you need to go. Lost Property
If you lose any personal property while at Castle Quay, please notify us as soon as you can by calling 01295 709868 or email us at customerservice@castlequayshopping.co.uk. Please provide us as much information as possible ‐ including your name and contact telephone number ‐ and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
You can also visit our Customer Services Desk located near the toilets and speak to a member of the team to report or hand in any lost property.
Cash Points
Castle Quay customers will find one ATM on Bridge Street and further cashpoints inside Halifax (Market Place).
Electric Scooters
Electric scooters are not permitted in Castle Quay under any circumstances. This does not apply to mobility scooters.
