- Collect Your Passport: Grab your official Christmas Express Passport from our customer service desk and get ready for adventure!
- Gather the Stamps: Seek out special stamps at key Christmas locations and events across Castle Quay, including the magical Christmas Express Workshop, a visit to Santa’s Grotto, and the twinkling Light Switch-On. You’ll also find stamps at other participating retailers, it’s a great excuse to explore all the festive cheer! Each stamp marks a special moment in your Christmas Express story.
- Enter the Prize Draw:
- Fully Completed Passport: Finish your passport, and you’ll be entered into our exciting main prize draw for a chance to win a spectacular festive prize!
- Partially Completed Passport: Even if you can’t collect every stamp, you won’t miss out! Any completed stamps will automatically enter you into a separate, smaller prize draw, because every bit of effort deserves a reward!

- Entries to the passport trail via completed passports to the Castle Quay customer services desk only.
- The competition will be open for entries from 0:00 on 1st December until 23:01 on 24th December
- The prize is a bundle of Christmas goodies from participating retailers.
- No cash alternative is available.
- The winner will be contacted via the information they used to enter the competition.
- The winner must make contact and arrange their prize within 7 days or risk forfeiting the prize.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred and must be redeemed in the Castle Quay shopping centre.
- Employees of Castle Quay shopping centre and their relatives are not permitted to enter this competition.
- By entering the promotion, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to participate in any publicity associated with this promotion.
- If entrants fail to agree to these terms and conditions, they will be automatically excluded from the promotion.
- Details of the competition and prizes are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice.
