This Spring we’re launching the Lock29 Guest Kitchen Programme – inviting existing and exciting street food traders and emerging chefs to take over a Lock29 kitchen for 12 weeks at a time.
Every few months the menu will change, bringing fresh flavours, new concepts and incredible independent food brands to Banbury.
We want Lock29 to be a launchpad for food entrepreneurs – a place where street food operators, pop-ups and start-up chefs can test their food business in a real venue, build their brand and connect with customers.
For visitors, it means something new to discover every few months, with rotating traders, different flavours and fresh ideas keeping Lock29 evolving.
Could your food brand take over a Lock29 kitchen?
The first residency launches May 2026.
