We are challenging you to take part in our sunflower growing competition from now until September.
Take all summer to grow the tallest sunflower, but first, pick up a free sunflower growing kit from the Customer Service Desk.

Top 5 tips for growing the biggest sunflower
- Sunflowers love their space. Plant them outdoors for the best outcome.
- Give them a minimum of 6–8 hours of direct sunlight.
- Dig a hole at least 2 feet deep and mix in plenty of well-rotted manure or compost.
- Big plants are thirsty! In the heat of summer, they might need a bucket of water every single day.
- Prevents weeds from growing by checking them daily and removing any that grow.
