The Theme: Life on the Water
We want you to be inspired by everything that makes our canal special. Your entry could be about:
- The Iconic Dancing Duck: The famous canal boat that runs from Tooley’s Boatyard!
- Tooley’s Boatyard: The history, the tools, the forge and the heritage.
- Canal Life: The people who live on narrowboats.
- Nature: The ducks, swans, dragonflies, and hidden wildlife along the towpath.
How to enter:
- Pick up a branded template from our event sessions or the Customer Service Desk.
- Let your imagination run wild with the theme of “Tooley’s and the Canal.”
- Drop your completed entry back at the Customer Service Desk at Castle Quay.
Your creativity is the heart of this project. Let’s celebrate the Oxford Canal together and create a book that Banbury will treasure for years to come.
